1. The Defendant’s notary public against C is the authentic copy of a notarial deed with the executory power of No. 72, 2017.

Reasons

1. Among the corporeal movables subject to compulsory execution in the building E or F of the notarial deed based on the original copy of the notarial deed stated in paragraph (1) of this Article, the movables indicated in the attached list shall be those purchased and used directly by the plaintiff;
