Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. (1) The Plaintiff is a project implementer who has obtained authorization for the following implementation plan designated as a project implementer pursuant to the National Land Planning and Utilization Act for the E urban planning facility project in Suwon-si (the connected green areas referred to in subparagraphs 13, 14, and 15, hereinafter “instant project”).

(2) The Defendant is the owner of a steel structure, concrete roof building (one story 190 square meters, 2.3 square meters, 2.3 square meters, 253 square meters in total), and a steel structure, concrete roof building (one story 190 square meters, 2.3 square meters, 2.3 square meters in total, 253 square meters in total, 253.3 square meters in total, etc.), and a 88 square meters before I.
