Around 04:40 on August 3, 2019, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.184%, and the Defendant driven a vehicle with a volume of approximately KRW 500 meters up to the front road of the said “D convenience store” on the front road of the I apartment in Gwangju Mine-gu.
