A. The plaintiff and the defendant are aware of the fact that the plaintiff and the defendant are the members of the neighboring C church.

B. On August 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the Plaintiff at the entrance of the headquarters of the C church; (b) the Plaintiff suffered serious injury that requires approximately nine weeks of treatment, such as cutting down the frame of the closed marium, which was under the bottom of the so-called mardul road; and (c) the Plaintiff suffered serious injury.

C. After that, the Plaintiff was under operation on August 15, 2016 at the Busan Hospital of the Republic of Korea, and did not perform all labor, such as receiving hospitalization and outpatient treatment from around that time to December 2016.

On August 22, 2016, the plaintiff filed a complaint with the defendant with the Gyeongyang Police Station as an injury crime and currently under investigation.

E. The Plaintiff spent KRW 10,310,010 for the amount of 10,310,010 for the treatment of metal products. In the future, the amount of KRW 6,00,000 for the future treatment expenses, such as the KRW 6,20,00 for the removal of metal products, and KRW 4,20,000 for the future treatment expenses, and due to hospitalization, etc., the Plaintiff incurred loss of the total amount of KRW 90,00 per month and KRW 3,60,000 for the four months.

F. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 24,00,000 (24,110,000,000,000) as damages = KRW 10,20,000 in total for future medical expenses of KRW 10,310,00 in total for future medical expenses of KRW 10,200,000 in total for future medical expenses of KRW 3,600,000 in total and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint to the day of complete payment.
