On October 9, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.), etc. at the Daegu District Court, and the said judgment becomes final and conclusive on the 17th of the same month, and on January 12, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of robbery, etc. at the Daegu District Court.

4. On June 16, 201, the instant judgment became final and conclusive and the said suspended sentence became void, and the execution of the final sentence was terminated.

Around 18:00 on February 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated that the victim E was unable to engage in so-called “diet business” in the “D restaurant” located in Yongcheon-si, Youngcheon-si; (b) however, the Defendant expressed the humping that “a steing and mathing string string string string string string string string string strings” on the ground that the victim would have changed the price of coffee; (c) expressed the victim’s head at his/her hand one time with his/her hand; and (d) assaulted the victim by taking the victim’s shoulder with his/her shoulder.

On February 19, 2013, the Defendant reported “F” at the main point of “F” located in Yongcheon-si, Yongcheon-si, 2013, at around 20:05, to “F,” and obstructed H’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the protection of jus by demanding a slope H of the Youngcheon-gu Police Station G police box called “to move to the Youngcheon Police Station” to “I 112 patrols,” and passing ahead of a bus terminal located in Youngcheon-gu, Youngcheon Labor located in the back seat of the I 112 patrols, without any justifiable reason.
