The Defendant is a holder who operates the Lone Star Co., Ltd.
No person shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.
Nevertheless, on August 3, 2014, the Defendant operated the said vehicle from the French land to the 184 front road, Taegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-ro, 184.
