1. The defendant shall pay 260,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from February 6, 2014 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of the Acts (i.e., a confession, the defendant only served the original copy of the payment order and submitted the formal written objection, and the subsequent submission of a specific reply was not made and did not appear on the date for pleading, therefore, the plaintiff's assertion is deemed to have been led to the confession of all of the allegations by the plaintiff
