However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

On March 28, 2013, around 14:10, the Defendant entered the home pluger's second floor in the 151-1, Changwon-si Yang-si, Changwon-si, 151-1, into the 50,000 won market price, which is managed by the injured party C (n's, 48 years old), and then passed through the calculation unit and went to the 2nd floor parking lot of the Home plug underground.

At the 2nd floor parking lot above the above home flus underground, the Defendant: (a) the victim D(30 years of age) personnel of the security team called upon the above C’s request made an assault against the victim D, such as: (b) the victim D was aware of the Defendant as a larceny; and (c) the victim D was able to receive the chest part of the victim D with the front part of the above flus car for the purpose of evading the Defendant’s arrest of the flus by hand; and (d) the victim D was sent to the front part of the above flus car.
