Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A and BJ developed a related search ranking manipulation program and provided K with the Internet search advertising company “L”, and the Defendants conspired to operate the “L” as an employee and to operate the said program in return for money from the customer or advertising company wishing to run the said program and to manipulate the order of access by using the NA-related search ranking.
