1. The defendant shall pay KRW 50 million to the plaintiff.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

Reasons
1. On March 26, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) leased Nos. 3 and 508 of the D apartment 3 and 508 of the Sinpo City from C to March 25, 2015; and (b) paid the entire deposit to C; (c) on March 27, 2013, the Defendant purchased the above apartment and succeeded to the lessor’s status; and (d) the said lease was terminated due to the expiration of the period.
