6. By the end of 25.25, he participated in a “F” assembly held before the headquarters of the E-motor vehicle located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D.
On June 25, 2016, at around 01:00, the Defendant installed a steel-frame structure with a height of 6 meters above the ground before the head office of the above EM, and attempted high-air farming, etc., the police officers, who are performing duties to prevent danger, such as installing safety sets around the steel-frame structure, and entering the 119 sloping vehicles, are obstructing assemblies, for safety of participants, G, etc. who attempt high-air farming.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with police officers' legitimate performance of official duties in relation to the protection of the lives of the people and suppression of crimes, and at the same time, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim H, face and kneeeel, etc. with which the number of days of treatment
Judgment
1. The following facts can be acknowledged in full view of the evidence adopted and examined by this Court.
A. On June 25, 2016, JJ companies - the Citizen Support Committee for the Punishment of E-Capital Punishment (hereinafter “the Defendant’s subrogation”) held a “F” assembly (hereinafter “F”) to urge the employees of J companies, a subordinate company of E-motor vehicles, to punish E-motor vehicles for the death of the employees of J companies (hereinafter “the instant assembly”).
B. On May 25, 2016, captain reported the instant assembly to the head of the Seocho Police Station around December 26, 2016, and the main contents are as follows.
- The organizer: Captain - the date, time, and place of the meeting: 14:00 on June 24, 2016 to June 12:00 on June 25, 2016; and 12:0 on June 25, 2016 to Seocho-gu L, Seocho-gu, Seoul, for delivery and sub-two lanes on the surface of salted erosts (defence of symbol seat), respectively. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 27261, Jun. 25, 2016>
