1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 13, 2018 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
3. To calculate damages for delay by 15% per annum from April 9, 2018 from the day after the delivery of a copy of a complaint, which is not from April 9, 2018.
