Punishment of the crime
The defendant had a mind to accept the replacement construction of old pipeline, which is scheduled to be implemented in B apartment that he lives with a facility construction business operator, and had knowledge that a person who has drawn the lowest price based on comparative dogs in the above apartment management rules can be selected as a contracting party, and considered the method of submitting a comparative estimate.

1. Forgery of private documents;
A.
