On July 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) sought to sleep at the domicile of the Silung-si C lending in Yong-si, Young-si; (b) assaulted the victim by drinking and hand on the floor of drinking and hand, and assaulting the victim by drinking and hand on the part of the victim on the ground that the victim got drinking while drinking alcohol; and (c) assaulting the victim by drinking and hand on the part of the victim.
