2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. E organization is a non-corporate group created in order for Hansen’s disease patients who had settled in the Friju City in the early 1960s to jointly operate and manage the above land, and to promote the improvement of the welfare and the expansion of the foundation for self-reliance of Hansen’s disease patients.

B. On September 27, 2005, in order to promote an urban development project (hereinafter “instant project”), E’s organization sold KRW 90.324,195,000 to the Plaintiff Company I (hereinafter “I”) and Defendant D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant D”) (hereinafter “instant project”).
