A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight years.
Of seized 1,352, number 1,352 of the total list of seized articles, other than the quantity of appraisal consumed.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics, and the defendant is not prohibited from dealing with psychotropic drugs containing Metropia (YABA).
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (favour) (favour) decided to import a person in distress (i.e., name B; hereinafter “B”) in Thailand and a person in the Republic of Korea. B sent a disguised post at the market price of 9,4780,000 won. 1,354 (i.e., 1,354) by international special grade mail, and the Defendant conspired to receive a bill delivered at the domestic place of receipt
On January 30, 2020, the Defendant informed B of his residence address, etc. through text messages, and B made two separate pages of 1,354, and sealed them, followed by inserting the addressee into an international mail box in Thailand with other coffee products, and then sending the place of receipt to an international special mail (mail number) on January 30, 2020, stating “A (C),” and “MAININTRINCRALNN-SI, GYGGI-DO,” and then sent the place of receipt to an international mail (mail number) and then let B arrive at the Incheon State supply at around 06:25, and the Defendant received the said international mail concealed in the street on February 11, 2020. < Amended by Act No. 10664, Feb. 11, 2020>
Accordingly, the defendant imported 9,4780,000 won in collusion with B.
2. Any foreigner who violates the Immigration Control Act may sojourn in Korea within the limits of his/her sojourn status and period of sojourn.
Nevertheless, around December 6, 2017, the Defendant entered the Republic of Korea through the Incheon Airport as a visa exemption qualification, and was staying in the Republic of Korea beyond the scope of the period of sojourn until February 10, 2020 without departing from the Republic of Korea despite the expiration of the period of sojourn as of March 5, 2018.
