However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in construction business by lending a construction license of D Co., Ltd. from the 5th floor of Busan Dong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to work as a managing director.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of the subcontract in the name of F, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On April 15, 2012, the Defendant: (a) prepared a standard subcontract agreement for construction works (basic, modified) in the same manner as in the foregoing office; (b) upstream and transport of construction works; (c) the construction site: Gwon in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; and (d) the construction period: April 15 through 20, 2012; (b) the principal contractor’s address: E (ju), name I/F; and (c) the subcontractor’s address: (d) the name and address adjacent to the said F’s name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of the subcontract in the name of F, a private document on rights and obligations.

2. On February 2, 2012, the Defendant is forged at the office of (M)M located in the Dong-gu Busan, Busan, for the purpose of uttering of the relevant investigation document.
