1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months;

Punishment of the crime
Defendants and E, at a soup suping place in Gwangju, have stolen mobile phone apparatus and sold it to a stolen business operator, and have written the price in installments. Defendant A provided soup admission fees and transportation expenses coming from the place of crime, etc. Defendant B, along with Defendant E, stolen the victim’s mobile phone apparatus within a soup, and Defendant A conspiredd to dispose of stolen mobile phone equipment.
1. On July 24, 2013, at around 21:00, the Defendants and E co-principaled Defendant A, who discovered out that the victim H’s cell phone machine was set up on July 25, 2013 and informed Defendant B of the fact that the victim H was set up in the Southern-gu Nam-gu, Gwangju, and that the transport fee and transportation fee were incurred to Defendant B.
