The reasoning of the judgment of this court, which cited the judgment of the court of first instance, is as follows: (a) “in direct” of Section 8 of Section 9 of the Reasons for the Judgment of the court of first instance; (b) “In comprehensive view,” of Section 11 and Section 3, “in full view, even if all the evidence presented by the Plaintiff, such as a written statement prepared by the deceased person or related investigation records, are examined”; and (c) this is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for adding “in comprehensive view,” the overall part of Section 13 to “see, e.g., Supreme Court en banc Decision 2010Du27363, Jun. 18, 2012.”
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just as it is concluded, and it is so decided as per Disposition by the plaintiff's appeal.
