폭행
The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On August 19, 2018, the Defendant, at the main point of "C" located on the second floor of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building B, and at around 16:20 on August 19, 2018, the Defendant committed assault against the victim, i.e., the victim, who was under the victim's claim that "I would see why I would like to see our punishment", "I would like to see why I would like to see why I would like to see our punishment."
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;
B. After the prosecution of this case, the victim expressed his intention not to punish him.
