1. On January 14, 2019, at around 15:56, the Defendant: (a) was provided with “D” restaurant operated by the victim C in Suwon-gu, Busan; (b) even if the Defendant did not have any money under water and ordered drinking and food, the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the said money; and (c) the Defendant ordered the victim to drink and food, and (d) was provided with an amount equivalent to KRW 9,00,000, total market price, such as the victim’s 1st and 1stalthal.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

2. In the same time and place as in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant operation by breathing the horses to the customers who were next to the victim under the influence of alcohol without any justifiable reason, and neglecting the victim’s restaurant operation by following the following: “Chewing gue, flaps, and flaps, the police shall live a life-long life.”

On January 14, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 03:55, 2019, at the “G” restaurant operated by the Victim FF in Nam-gu Busan, Busan; and (b) even if the Defendant orders alcohol and food as a result of the lack of any money in water, the Defendant would like to pay the price despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay the price; and (c) ordered the above restaurant employees H to drink and food, and the Defendant was provided with an amount equivalent to KRW 11,500,000, total market value of the instant restaurant’s 11,500, including 1.500 square meters.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
