Punishment of the crime
On May 30, 2017, around 09:30 on May 30, 2017, the Defendant intending to take food outside the convenience store in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D convenience store, and was requested to leave from the victim E (n, 44 years of age) who is an employee of the convenience store, and spite it against the victim's face.
