1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 55,304,00 and KRW 30,000 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 55,30,000 from January 23, 2010, KRW 25,304,00.
1. On October 22, 2009, the Plaintiff determined KRW 30,000,000 to the Defendant on January 22, 2010 as due date and lent it to the Defendant by 2% per interest month.
On January 24, 2011, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 25,304,00 to the Defendant at the maturity of February 24, 2011 and at the rate of 2% per month of interest.

According to the above facts of determination, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 2% per month, which is the rate of 35,304,000 won (=30,000 won 25,304,000 won) and 30,000,000 won from January 23, 2010, the day following the due date for repayment for which the Plaintiff seeks reimbursement, with respect to KRW 25,304,000, which is the day following the due date for repayment for which the Plaintiff seeks reimbursement.
3. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is justified and acceptable.
