The defendant shall obtain money from B who is an applicant for compensation 24,00 won and shall apply for compensation to C.

1. On June 26, 2019, the Defendant thought that the fact at the Gosiwon located in Sinsi-si was to receive money from the victim L, a user of K, an Internet game, and that he/she did not have the intent or ability to sell the game money, posted a false writing on the Internet as if he/she sold the game money, and then received 66,500 won from the victim to his/her account in the name of the Defendant on the same day from March 6, 2020, and received KRW 8,836,050 from the victims, as shown in the [Attachment 1] list from March 6, 2020.

2. The Defendant had the victims purchase game money by forcing the victims to remit the money to the game money seller who wishes to have an accident.

On November 9, 2019, the Defendant thought that the Defendant would obtain money from the victim M by means of the foregoing method, and then posted a false writing on the Internet as if he did not have any intent or ability to sell the game money, and had the victim transfer the amount of KRW 1.80,000 to the O from October 11, 2019 to November 9, 2019, including having the victim transfer the amount of KRW 793,400,000 in total to the victim from October 2, 2019, as indicated in the [Attachment 2] list.

On October 15, 2019, the Defendant reported to the victim the purchase of the game money posted by the victim P in N's "N" Game money Kap, even though he/she had no intent or ability to sell the game money, and falsely told the victim to sell Q Q in the amount of KRW 41.5 million in the game money if he/she remitted KRW 226 million to the victim, and then, the Defendant up to this point would have the victim sell Q Q in the name of R. 26,200.
