1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,000,000 and 30% per annum from October 4, 2009 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: A claim for refund of 30% per annum (2.5% per annum) on July 3, 2008 with no interest on the part of Defendant C’s joint and several liability (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act) and 60 million won as of October 3, 2009, which were lent to Defendant B on or before the due date (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
