1. The defendant's KRW 50,000,000 and its amount shall be 5% per annum from March 13, 2006 to March 18, 2016 to the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(Provided, That the “creditor” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and “Defendant”, respectively. 2. The judgment of non- pleadings under the applicable legal provisions (Articles 208(3)1 and 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act)
