1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 1, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, “creditor” shall be deemed to be “Plaintiff”, and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant”.

2. Judgment by public notice of applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
