The sentence against the accused shall be determined as a fine of 10,000,000 (one thousand won).
When the defendant does not pay a fine.
Punishment of the crime
On March 19, 2018, the Defendant was notified of a summary order of KRW 1,50,000,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Goyang Branch of the Jung-gu District Court.
On July 13, 2019, at around 06:37, the Defendant driven a DM5-car while under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.248% from approximately 30 meters to the front road of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu Seoul.
The Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.
