The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which found the defendant guilty on the grounds that the facts charged in this case constitute a case where there is no proof of facts constituting the crime, and sentenced the defendant not guilty, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by violating the logical and empirical rules, exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation, exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the crime

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
