A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.
Punishment of the crime
"20,020,232" upon the request of pro-Japanese C, the defendant was allowed to send the victim D (Woo, 28 years of age) to the defendant's office at the beginning of November 2019 and had the defendant live together with the defendant's wife and the victim.
1. At around 23:00 on December 11, 2019, the Defendant: (a) told the victim, who is a disabled person (class 2 of the former intellectual disability) at the Defendant’s home of the Seo-gu Seo-gu Incheon apartment F, Seo-gu, Daejeon, that “at least two stories would exist;” and (b) stated that “nick, kiscing, kiscing the victim, kiscing the victim; (c) met the victim’s bridge and kiscing the victim; and (d) exceeded the clothes of the victim; (d) the victim refused to refuse, “I would not refuse to do so; (e) the victim exceeded the clothes of the victim; and (e) sexual intercourse by inserting the victim’s sexual organ into the negative part of the victim.”
Accordingly, the defendant has sexual intercourse with the victim who has a mental disability by force.
2. At around 23:00 on December 13, 2019, the Defendant: (a) putting the victim in a small room; (b) lying the victim on the floor; (c) lying the victim’s bridge and tampt on the floor; and (d) putting the victim off his/her clothes; and (c) putting the victim off his/her clothes upon refusal; but (d) putting the victim out of his/her clothes and her sexual organ into the part of the victim’s sound.
Accordingly, the defendant has sexual intercourse with the victim who has a mental disability by force.
3. At around 23:00 on December 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) lying the victim into a small room; (b) putting the victim on the floor; (c) lying the victim’s bridge and her mare on the floor; and (d) laid off the victim’s clothes; (b) her refusal, her refusal, she exceeded the victim’s clothes in his/her hands; and (c) her sexual intercourse once she inserted his/her sexual organ into the sound part of the victim.
Accordingly, the defendant has sexual intercourse with the victim who has a mental disability by force.
