A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
The execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
"2016 Highest 1252"
1. From October 10, 201 to December 12, 2016, the Defendant cut off 60,000 won in cash owned by the victim D at the first free reading room of the 3rd floor of the Gatoon University Science Information Institute, which was located on a 83-lane 14:30 on October 14, 2016, in total, KRW 273,000,00 in the market price, including one cut off of 40,000,000 won in each of the five boarding passes, discharged evidence, and duplicate card. From around that time, from around that time to December of the same month, the Defendant cut off the property of KRW 273,000 in total twice, as shown in the list of crimes committed in the attached Table Nos. 1 and 2.
2. From October 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a studio studs door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door of the victim F in Won-si on the end of the end of October, 2016; (b) stolen the said victim’s cash amounting to approximately KRW 70,000, approximately KRW 362,000, and approximately KRW 2,050; and (c) intruded into the victim’s residence six times every time from around that time to December 13, 200, including KRW 3 to 8,000, KRW 681,604, respectively.
3. On December 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a studio studs door door door door door door door door door of the victim G located in E at the beginning of the beginning of the year, around 06:00; (b) stolen cash amounting to KRW 20,000, which was located in the above victim’s wall; and (c) from around that time to around October of the same month, the Defendant abused the victim’s residence at night on four occasions, such as the victim’s housing at night, and stolen the property worth KRW 522,00,00, in total, by intrusioning the victim’s residence at night.
On November 25, 2016, 2016, the Defendant, “2017 Highest 173, the Defendant,” committed an attempted attempt by the victim, who was broken off from the lock, to take advantage of property by opening a string door door of the victim I located in H in the nuclear city around 03:50 on November 25, 201.

1. On October 31, 2016, the Defendant committing a crime of intrusion upon his/her residence and theft is the house of the Victim K located in the J of the wife population around 10:00 on October 31, 2016.
