1. The defendant on November 9, 197, with respect to the land size of 97 square meters in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seogwon-gun C forest land in the Dongwon-gun.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff is the owner of 1/3 of the land listed in the Disposition No. 1, and since the duration of superficies stated in the defendant's order No. 1 as to the above land has expired on November 8, 2007, the plaintiff seeking cancellation of the registration of creation of superficies against the defendant by the act of preservation of the jointly owned property.
