Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

The defendant is the owner of fatheran-gun D, and E (F disadvantageously unfavorable) is a person who has contracted to perform the work of cutting-off occupation and fence network on the above parcel in 1,50,000 won, and G and a worker who has been employed by E is a worker.

1. On July 1, 2013, the Defendant, in collaboration with G, E, and one-halfs, obstructed the passage of the general pedestrians passing through India by removing a section of 100 meters by using a refrigerator, and by piling up the curbstone and sidewalk block so removed to the central part of the roadway, thereby hindering the traffic of the roads passing by the general vehicles.

By August 26, 2013, the Defendant jointly with G, obtained permission for construction from the head of the Gun on the street in front of the I restaurant located in the Haan Haan-gun, the Haan-gun, etc., and obstructed the passage of ready-mixed vehicles by two persons from the front of the Haan-gun, the J, etc., who walk for construction. The Defendant installed one ton of the cargo vehicles (K Awing) at the center of the road, thereby obstructing the passage of Haan-mixed vehicles and nine pumps.

3. The Defendant, in collaboration with G, interfered with the construction work, such as the Victim L(47 years of age), J, etc., by force, for 30 minutes and 30 minutes in front of the ready-mixed vehicle, at the same place as 2. paragraph (2).
