However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On February 4, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor and two months at the Seoul Northern District Court for fraud, etc. and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 11, 2016.

1. On September 23, 2015, at around 01:00, the Defendant called “DPC room” near Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, that “A victim E (17 years of age is to be able to see the victim’s text message as soon as possible at home,” but it was confirmed that the victim confirmed the victim’s mobile phone text message and then the victim was false, the Defendant sent the victim out of the PC room, leading the victim the victim to the outside of the PC, leading the victim to the victim, and off the clothes.
