1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,048,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 14, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Defendant with the indication of the claim is obligated to provide the Plaintiff with various plastic products from August 31, 2016 to September 30, 2017, and does not pay the remainder of the price of the goods 30,048,000 won. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of the price of the goods 30,048,000 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day following the day of delivery of the duplicate of the complaint of this case until the day of full payment.
