2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. From 2009 to 2020, the Energy Management Corporation established a new and renewable energy facility as an affiliated organization of the Energy Management Corporation for the purpose of facilitating the efficient execution and construction quality of new and renewable energy, including solar energy, solar energy, heat, underground power, and fuel cell, with a view to supporting part of the standard unit price as a subsidy by the State. On July 29, 2015, the State promoted a project to support the distribution of 1,00,000 Green Home (the name of the new and renewable energy distribution housing support project since 2013), and changed its trade name to the Korea Energy Corporation. (2) The Defendant concluded a new and renewable energy facility license based on the construction performance, corporate credit rating, technical personnel, and ability to install new and renewable energy facilities, and then selected the owner of the new and renewable energy facility participation project and the owner of the new and renewable energy participation project at the time of application for the installation of the new and renewable energy facility.

3) On March 28, 1991, the Plaintiff was established with the technical service business, the manufacture and sale business of machinery and tools, the solar energy, and the heat-related business as its business objective. From 2010 to 2012, the Plaintiff was “participating public enterprise” related to the geothermal heating System. At that time, B was the representative director of the Plaintiff, and C was in charge of the distribution business of new and renewable energy as the vice president of the Plaintiff. (B) The Plaintiff’s receipt of the Plaintiff’s subsidy and the progress of the relevant criminal case, who is the representative director, B and C, the vice president of the Plaintiff, are eligible to participate in the “distribution business of 1 million Green Home” and apply for the payment of subsidy.
