1. On February 11, 201, the Defendant terminated the title trust on February 11, 201 with respect to the shares of 1/2 of the vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The indication of claim: The plaintiff registered a motor vehicle in the separate list purchased by the defendant at the defendant's request as the joint name (the plaintiff 50%, defendant 50%, and defendant 50%) of the plaintiff and the defendant. On February 11, 2011, the plaintiff demanded to take over the transfer of ownership due to the termination of title trust.
