[Criminal Justice] On February 18, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for night residence intrusion larceny in the Sungnam Branch of the Suwon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the 1st prison of North Korea on September 22, 2011.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Special larceny;

A. On June 8, 2014, around 23:10 on June 23:10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) kidddd the victim’s 4th floor of the building in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, the Defendant: (b) kidd the front door door, and damaged and intruded the front door door below the door door so far as it has been forceed by both hand, and then stored approximately KRW 130,000 in a paper shopping bag that was prepared in advance for the cash of KRW 130,000 on the victim’s possession in the west and the head room.
