1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 65,00,000 and the Plaintiff’s KRW 15% per annum from January 13, 2019 to May 31, 2019; and (b) June 1, 2019.
1. On January 8, 2018, the Defendant agreed to borrow KRW 65,00,000 from the Plaintiff to repay at any time at the Plaintiff’s request.
The plaintiff requested the defendant to repay the above loan over several times, but the defendant did not pay the loan up to now.
Therefore, the Plaintiff claims to the Defendant for loans amounting to KRW 65,00,000 and damages for delay as stated in the Disposition No. 1.
