On October 18, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years for the crime of interference with business in the Incheon District Court’s Vice Branch on October 18, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 26, 2012 and is currently under suspended sentence.

1. Around June 2014, the Defendant: (a) destroyed a ice cream cooling tank in front of the convenience store, without any particular reason, at the E convenience store operated by the victim D in the Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seocheon-si; and (b) caused the damage to the vehicle, without any particular reason, to walk the ice cream cooling tank in excess of the market price.

2. Interference with business;

A. From around 14:00 on December 2, 2014 to 14:10 on the same day, the Defendant, who committed the crime against the victim F, sounded the victim, who was an employee, to the victim, while waiting for the customers to commit the act of fraud at the H convenience store located in Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, without any justifiable reason, and led the victim, who was the employee, to look at the victim, and made the victim to leave the disturbance by stating the victim as “the flachip.”

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the convenience store business of the victim by force.

나. 피해자 I에 대한 범행 피고인은 2015. 2. 7. 11:42경부터 같은 날 11:57경까지 부천시 원미구 J에 있는 K편의점에서 아무런 이유 없이 종업원인 피해자를 향해 “예전에 어디를 다녀왔는데, 거기에서 다구리를 맞아 이가 부러졌고, 독방에 갇혀 폭행을 당했다”, “술을 한잔 따라봐라”라고 소리치고, 거절하는 피해자에게 인상을 쓰면서 “뭘봐”라고 말하며 불안감을 조성하고, 편의점 출입문 앞에 버티고 서서 손님들이 편의점 안으로 들어오지 못하게 하였다.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the convenience store business of the victim by force.

C. The Defendant committed the crime against the victim L is waiting for approximately 15 customers to commit the crime, without any reason, at the N clothing store located in Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Busan, from around 14:00 on February 7, 2015 to 14:30 on the same day.
