The Defendant is a person who was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for robbery and injury at the Changwon District Court on March 23, 2005 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Changwon Prison on October 17, 2009.

As the Defendant possessed the lost C’s resident registration certificate, the Defendant opened a financial account in the name of C, using it to put up a false product sales advertisement on the Internet, and thought that he received money from buyers and received money.

1. Around December 17, 2010, the Defendant entered “C”, “D”, “E”, “E”, “C”, and “C” in the name column on the written application form for the opening of a post office account located in the city of Mhappo-dong, Changwon-si, the Central Office of Mhappo-si, and signed “C” in the name column by means of a pen on the written application form for the opening of a post office account located therein, and signed “D”, “D”, “MF 304”, “E”, and “C” in the cellular phone column, and then signed “C” following its name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged an application for the opening of a post office account in the name of C, a private document on rights and obligations, and an application for a new card.

2. The Defendant issued a forged post office account opening application form and a new card application form as if the genuine document was a true document to the post office employee who is aware of the forgery at the same time and place as mentioned in the above paragraph (1).

3. The Defendant prepared an application for opening a post office account in the name of C and an application for a new card at the same time and place as the above paragraph (1) above, and presented a public document as if he had completed the resident registration certificate of C in the name of the Simsan-do, Masan-do, where C was requested to present an identification card by the employees of the above post office, as if he were the resident registration certificate of the Defendant.
