1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 43,00,000 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 5, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: The plaintiff agreed to return the total amount of KRW 45 million paid by the defendant to operate the Dong-Jaeng, three branch offices, and the Gyeonggi-Janam Department, while he agreed to return the total amount of KRW 45 million, and thus the remaining amount of KRW 43 million and damages for delay shall be claimed;
