The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle by borrowing B.

On September 25, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.136% in blood around 21:00 and proceeded along the two-lanes in the direction of mutual assistance by driving the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.136% in the same line as the new line in Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon.
