When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On December 12, 2015, around 22:45, the Defendant driven BK-5 automobiles with approximately 1km alcohol concentration from a section of approximately 0.147% (referred to as a drinking measuring instrument) in blood alcohol level from the section of approximately 1km to the roads below the Korean hospital located in the Young-ro, located in the territory of the peace plaza, which is located in the Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si.
