Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person engaged in the duty of driving B taxi.
On May 19, 2018, at around 01:15, the Defendant brought a dispute with the victim D (the age of 38) who is a passenger in front of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government as an issue of the rate and charges, and the victim took an excessive amount of charges. As such, the Defendant started the Defendant’s operation without returning the opon 8 smartphone owned by the victim, which was taken by the victim from the victim, but without cutting the opon 8 smartphone.
Accordingly, the victim attached the first hand of the above taxi, pushed the body of the defendant, and demanded the defendant to stop the above taxi in a large volume, and the defendant went to the above taxi. The defendant, knowing that the victim was taking a knife on the above taxi, he proceeded at a rapid speed of the above taxi, which is a dangerous object with knowledge that the victim was taking a knife on the above taxi, and led the victim to 50 meters above the floor.
As a result, the Defendant carried dangerous objects and carried them for about three weeks to give medical treatment to the victim.
2. Around May 24, 2018, the Defendant drafted a false complaint with respect to D with a view to having D obtain criminal punishment at the Seoul Geumcheon Police Station located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, for the purpose of having D obtain criminal punishment.
Between 00:41 on May 19, 2018 and 01:17 on the same day, the complaint was filed with the contents that “D, a taxi passenger, in the vicinity of the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan City E market, d’s ebbbbbbbling, “where a taxi passenger has ebbbbbb,” and “the ebbbbbbing,” and that “the ebbbbbbing had taken back,” and that the ebbbbbbing used ebs, and that there was no assault against the Defendant.”
Nevertheless, the defendant submitted the above written complaint to F police officers belonging to the Seoul Geumcheon Police Station on the same day.
Accordingly, the defendant is false for the purpose of having D receive criminal punishment.
