The part against the plaintiff falling under the following cancellation among the judgment of the first instance shall be revoked:
The defendant on June 2015.
In the court of first instance, the plaintiff, around June 8, 2015, sought revocation of the contact of, intimidation against, and retaliation against, the victim student and the reported or accused student, and the disposition taken by the defendant against the plaintiff on July 22, 2015 against the plaintiff on July 22, 2015, and sought confirmation of the non-existence of the measure taken to replace the victim student and the class.
On July 22, 2015, the court of first instance rejected the Defendant’s primary claim for the revocation of the Defendant’s written copying of the victim students and the disposition of changing class. On July 22, 2015, the Defendant confirmed the Plaintiff’s written copying of the victim students and the absence of the measure of changing class. The Plaintiff’s remaining claims were dismissed.
As to this, only the plaintiff appealed against the plaintiff as to the part of the defendant's claim for contact with victim students and reported or accused students on June 8, 2015, and revocation of the disposition prohibiting intimidation and retaliation, the scope of this court's trial is limited to the legitimacy of the above disposition.
2. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff, E, F, G-related Plaintiff, E, E, F, and G are students attending the third grade 1 of Seoul D Elementary School at the time of 2015.
