1. The Defendant calculated the Plaintiff’s KRW 65,00,000 as well as the annual interest rate of KRW 20% from January 1, 2012 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

In full view of the overall purport of the pleadings in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2 (including additional numbers), since it is recognized that the plaintiff lent a total of KRW 65,000,000 to the defendant on September 20, 201, the payment period of KRW 65,000 to the defendant on December 31, 201, and at 20% per annum of overdue interest rate, the defendant is obliged to pay the amount recorded in the disposition to the plaintiff.
