1. The defendant is jointly and severally with the non-party corporation B, C, and D to KRW 84,031,414 and KRW 84,031,326 among them.
The cause of the instant claim is the same as the attached sheet of “the cause of the claim” (However, the obligee and the obligor are deemed the Defendant), and the evidence Nos. 1 through 8 may be recognized in full view of the whole purport of the pleadings.
Therefore, the defendant is jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiff 84,031,414 won and 84,031,326 won from December 17, 2019 to March 3, 2020, the service date of the original copy of the payment order in this case, and 10% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
