1. The defendant shall pay 24,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from June 1, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On May 9, 2015, the Plaintiff indicated the claim shall lend KRW 24 million to the Defendant at the end of three months after the due date. The Plaintiff shall claim damages for delay of 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the judgment date to the date of full payment. 2. A judgment by service by public notice on grounds (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
