(2) Article 208(3)2 and Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act provides that “A creditor shall be deemed to have made a confession of all the Plaintiff’s assertion on the date of pleading, on the following grounds: (a) a creditor shall be changed to “Plaintiff” and “debtor”; and (b) the Defendant shall be served with the original copy of the payment order and submitted a formal written objection; and (c) no subsequent reply was submitted; and (d) a creditor shall not be present at the date of pleading.
